AI that keeps up with your business.

Guile™ learns your business from the apps your team already uses, keeps up as things change, and turns what it knows into finished work, in whichever AI model fits the job.

Why you need Guile

Yesterday's answer can look perfectly right.

It came from a real proposal or the right person. It might even cite its source. But the date moved, and nobody told the chat. Guile catches the change, keeps the old version in the history, and answers from what applies now.

Keep the tools you have

Start from the same place.

ChatGPT, Claude, Slack and Drive each hold a piece of the story. Guile reads them all, so you, your team and every model start from the same page.

More than answers

Guile notices what needs doing.

It knows who does what, so it brings each person their next move: the reply that's ready, the client waiting, the deal that went quiet. Ask for a deck or a report, in chat or in Slack, and you get the file.

Reply to a customer or update the deal. Guile prepares each change and you confirm it.

The best AI for each job

The strongest model for each request, with your company's context. You always see which one answered.

In your brand, every time

Images, decks and pages in your palette, fonts and logo.

Work that repeats itself

Save the Monday summary as a routine. Review each run and cap its spend.

Use the model that fits the job

Don't bet your business on one AI.

Auto picks the best model for each request and always names it. The best model changes every few weeks. What Guile knows comes with you.

Trust without busywork

Guile does the upkeep. You stay in control.

By default it applies what it learns on its own, so nobody reviews every change. Every change shows its source and who made it, and anything can be undone.

A source behind every fact

Who said it and when. Newer facts replace older ones, the history is kept, and any change can be undone.

Automatic by default

Guile applies what it learns with an undoable receipt. Prefer to approve first? Switch modes any time.

Clear boundaries for your team

Chats stay with their participants. Restricted spaces protect sensitive knowledge.

Nothing changes without your OK

Every change in an app waits for your Confirm. Money, signatures and deletions are never offered.

Security

Built to be trusted with everything your business knows.

How we protect your data

Agents work in a sealed sandbox

An isolated machine with no internet unless an admin allows the public web.

Passwordless sign-in

An email code, Google or a passkey. No password to manage.

Never used for training

We never sell your data or train AI on it.

You choose the AI

Admins pick the providers. Sensitive knowledge can require ones that keep no copy.

Isolated to your company

Every request is tied to your company. Encrypted in transit and at rest.

Delete means deleted

Delete your company and everything goes with it. Export any time.

Questions

Before you start

Have a different question? Talk to us.

We already use ChatGPT, Claude, Slack and Google Drive. Why Guile?

Keep them. Each one holds a piece of the story: a chat remembers what was said in it, Slack holds the conversation and Drive holds the files. None of them knows which version still applies or what needs doing next. Guile reads the apps you already use into one shared record, keeps it current as things change, and works from it with whichever AI model fits the job.

Which AI models can we use?

Models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and other providers, in one place. Auto routes each message to a model suited to the task and always names the one that answered. You can choose a model yourself, including mid-chat.

What does it cost?

Business is $49 per seat per month for companies of 1 to 20 people; Enterprise covers larger teams. Each seat includes your company Brain, kept up to date from the apps and documents you connect. Every person has 2,000 everyday messages a month included, and the plan includes monthly credit for the big models, images and video, pooled across the team. Nothing more is charged unless an admin turns on extra usage with a monthly cap.

Who can see what?

Chats are visible to their participants, not automatically to admins. What you state about company work can become company knowledge, credited to you. Incognito chats can use existing knowledge but add nothing to memory; they remain in your history until you delete them. Restricted spaces limit who can use sensitive knowledge.

What if Guile learns something wrong?

Every fact keeps its source and its date. You can correct or retire it, and the record shows what changed and why. By default Guile applies new knowledge on its own, each change with a receipt you can undo, so nobody has to review everything. An admin can switch to a mode that holds new knowledge until a person approves it.

Does it work in Slack?

Yes, in beta. Mention Guile in Slack and it answers in the thread with a link to each source, makes the deck or document you ask for, or prepares a change in a connected app that only you can confirm. The company channels you choose become shared knowledge under the same approval mode; direct messages with Guile never do.

Can Guile make changes in our apps?

Yes, once an admin turns it on. Ask Guile in chat or in Slack to reply to a customer, send an email, book a meeting, move a deal or create a task in a connected app, and it prepares the change for you to confirm. Nothing happens until you do. A mailbox or calendar acts only for the person who connected it, and money, signatures, deletions and account settings are never changed this way.

Is there a mobile app?

Guile works in the browser on your phone today, and you can add it to your home screen. Apps for iPhone and Android are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.

Ask Guile what changed.

Connect one app you already use. Ask one real question. See what it knows.
