Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

AI answers

Responses come from third-party AI models. They can be wrong, and they are not professional advice. Guile always shows which model answered.

Acceptable use

Do not use Guile for anything unlawful or to violate the usage policies of the AI providers your messages are sent to; those policies apply to your use.

Plans

Guile is sold to companies as Business, per seat for companies of 1 to 20 people, and as Enterprise above that. When a subscription ends, the company's work in Guile pauses until it subscribes again; what Guile learned and everything you made stay, and you can still export and delete them.

Billing

Subscriptions are charged per seat, renew monthly, and can be canceled any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

The plan includes a monthly allowance of credit for the big models, images and video, pooled across the company and reset each month, and 2,000 everyday messages a month per person, past which that person's everyday messages draw on the company's credit.

An admin can buy credit, which never resets and is kept through a lapse, and can turn on extra usage with a monthly cap: then Guile buys more credit on the card on file when the shared credit runs low, up to that cap, and a receipt is emailed for each purchase. Guile shows what uses credit before you send.

Your data

Company knowledge belongs to the company workspace and is available under its access rules. Your conversations remain visible to their participants; company admins do not automatically receive access. Earlier personal data stays in your private archive unless you explicitly share it.

You can export or delete data where you have permission. What deleting your sign-in account or your company removes is described in our Privacy policy.
