Careers

Give the balance of power back to companies.

Guile™ lets a company own what it knows and put the best AI to work on it, from any lab. We are a small, fast team building it, and we are hiring people who want to do the best work of their lives.

Our mission

Every AI lab wants your company inside its walls. We think a company's knowledge should belong to the company, and that it should get the best AI for every job, from any lab, the day it ships. That is the balance of power we are giving back.

How we work

Small team. Big problems. Fast.

  • We ship every day.

Your work reaches customers in days, not quarters.

  • At the forefront.

New models every week. We measure them and use the best.

  • Lean on purpose.

A few senior people, each owning a whole problem.

  • Trust is the product.

Companies hand us what they know. We earn it every day.

  • And we have fun.

Hard problems, real customers, candid and curious people.
